Feb 10th: I applied on Microsoft careers website (no referral). Feb 28th: Recruiter contacted for extra info. Feb 28th: I replied. March 4th: Got an email requesting technical screening on March 6th. March 10th: I reached out to recruiter for any updates. March 11th: HR said she'll have the decision by March 13th. March 16th: I reached out to recruiter for any updates. Recruiter didn't reply. March 19th: I reached out to recruiter again. This time got a reply. March 19th: HR said the team would like to invite me for full virtual loop. And told me that I would get info on interview logistics in 48 to 72 hours. March 25th: I reached out to recruiter. No answer from HR. March 27th: I reached out again. This time she replied. March 27th: HR said I would be contacted by someone from scheduling team, and that they were planning for the full virtual interview for 1st April or 2nd April. March 30th: Contacted her today, as its already March 30th. Didn't hear anything yet. Is this normal???? #Microsoft #interview #tech
