Microsoft rewards season
My manager asked me to prepare a reward slide that he’ll share with his manager. I’m at 60 recently promoted from 59. How does the rewards look like? 59->60 was 8% raise in base salary.

It would be another 8% if you get promoted to 61
No I got promoted to 60 just a month back.
Then it’s going to be the normal merit increase something like 3 to 4%
