Hi I got four offers to chose from, which one should I go for ? Tc wise it's Microsoft > Alexa > Google > Qualcomm.
How dare U rank anything in front of Google in blind
Rule out Qualcomm if you want a stable job
Tc or gtfo
Take Google. Shift team after 3 months.
Microsoft if you like the team. That is the best long term investment right now. Look at their stock and in general trajectory. Google brand may help you more and yes, you can switch teams fairly easily at Google.
Nah, Google gives significantly more stock refreshers long term than Microsoft for <L67/L6
I would say in terms of joining it should be either google or alexa. Microsoft only if you know that you really like the team and are 100% sure that you want to do that work. Work with Amazon and google to negotiate their offers. Google is definitely much better than amazon in all aspects in general. However if you are someone who wants to work very hard and learn a lot of things very quickly, maybe amazon might be for you too (but do remember to say bye bye to work life balance at amazon)
I neither agree nor disagree with your opinion but I was really wondering if you had worked in all those 3 teams, atleast 3 companies. If, not how did you rule out Msft and consider all green in both the other companies.
Microsoft TC was higher than Google and Amazon? Surface nonetheless. Very surprising.
I've heard the general consensus on Alexa is it's a dumpster fire. But that's just second hand from here. Maybe they mean it's worse than other options available in Amazon...
Can you share the offer numbers please

Iโd go with google as a long term investment
Google IOT? Not sure that's a good long term career bet. Otherwise I would start by getting G to match MSFT.
