Microsoft to Amazon - how's it going?
Considering moving to Amazon in a technical PM role. There are a bunch of older threads saying it's more work and probably not more TC. Anyone's who's done this recently, how are you liking it?

I regret it. Benefits are worse, compensation is backloaded towards year 3 and 4, and WLB sucks in my particular team.

I am neutral. Tc is higher. More learning. Culture is worse and hacky. A bit too fast pace for my taste. Overall if I get similar or -20k tc at Microsoft. I will choose Microsoft anydays.
