From a high level both Amazon and Microsoft HSA coverage appears to be similar. Does anyone have insights on which one is better? Looking for input especially if the family is planning on having a baby soon. TC: 200k YOE: 5
Not sure about Amazon's coverage, but the MSFT plan has no monthly premium even for the full family and they will put $2.5k per year into your HSA. It's excellent healthcare.
Microsoft is insanely good. I don’t think I paid anything out-of-pocket when I worked there (for health costs). I miss their health plan.
Both my kids. 0 dollars paid. That’s many years tho when we had the Cadillac plan (pre Obamacare). Now it’s probably a little bit out of pocket.
At Amazon you have to pay the premium from salary. They put 1500 per family into hsa. But deductible is high
Amazon is the worst among all tech companies when it comes to health benefits
No it’s not , especially not for family (did some interviews lately - they ain’t great but was middle of the road from offers I got)
It is absolutely the worst
