Is it just me or is that a really strong sde 2 offer from MSFT, especially for Atlanta?
That was my thought, I didn’t see any offers like that for SDE 2

If you have accepted the offer already and they’ve initiated your H1 transfer, you are going to develop friction by asking for more at this point. The signal you’ll be giving off is you aren’t trustworthy. Play it carefully, you’ll have to emphasize why this counter is what’s causing this, ultimately if it is not that big of a difference ask yourself are the risks worth it?

Nobody can promise you promotion at MSFT. They already have pipeline of people and promotion to senior can take up to 2 years.
