Minimum TC jump to accept offer

TC 140, the Blind gods moved me to interview, and I did well in an onsite, but the range the recruiter gave me is 140-145 👎 I have other interviews (onsites) lined up this week, ranges are closer to 170-190. I really like the company but they are definitely lowballing for 4 yoe. (Obviously, I need to LC) What is a reasonable ask for a well-funded startup in the security/networking space? What is a good minimum jump for moving roles? 30%? (based on increased responsibility). For a 10-15k bump, I don’t think it’s worth the trouble to start over in a new company

TC's you see here only apply to top companies, mostly covered by RSUs. Some rando startups aren't gonna pay as much as you would hope. I would only jump if 30%+.

Yes. I interviewed with FNG last month and made it to onsite and a round beyond that, then got the ding in take home assignment. Wonder if I should stay at current place and keep studying

140 for a New (unknown) company is pretty good in my opinion.

15% if it's a sideways move ie just as good benefits and climate and people. Most companies promote only when you move, so you'll get shafted staying anyplace more than 3-4y.
