TC 140, the Blind gods moved me to interview, and I did well in an onsite, but the range the recruiter gave me is 140-145 👎 I have other interviews (onsites) lined up this week, ranges are closer to 170-190. I really like the company but they are definitely lowballing for 4 yoe. (Obviously, I need to LC)
What is a reasonable ask for a well-funded startup in the security/networking space?
What is a good minimum jump for moving roles? 30%? (based on increased responsibility). For a 10-15k bump, I don’t think it’s worth the trouble to start over in a new company
I would only jump if 30%+.
