I had my first fang on-site last week and I didn't do too hot. At worst I got, no hire, no hire, weak hire, weak hire. And at best I got no hire, weak hire, hire, hire. Note that I don't think I got any strong hires. If it was up to me, I would not hire me based on that performance. I'm not too hung up on it, but I figured this is a good time to test if minority citizens get any special treatment. So given my poor performance, if I get an offer I will conclude that I got special treatment. This assumes it's a no hire decision if the company is objective about citizenship. Let's have a poll on just that. So given my (non scientific) appraisal of how I did and not counting my citizenship status, would you hire or not hire?
