Yearly if you’re a top performer. Depending on the market, you may get a mid year refresher too.
If you do well on your year end reviews, then yearly. When stock is falling, opportunity for mid-year RSU bonus
Does that really happens for the mid year refresher?
What is the % of the refresher compared to initial grant ? Is is 25 to 40% or Is it more along 60 to 70% of initial grant ? I am expecting an offer and they mentioned the refreshers are very generous and could be around 75% of initial grant for following years
It depends on the department and your year end performance review. I personally got 100% refresher but I have heard of others who only got 25%
