I have an IC6 offer at 800k tc. But the stock seems like it has already gone up quite a bit recently. Is it overvalued? What’s the verdict on roblox by the fine folks here on blind?

      It’s not a startup so that makes no sense. And the risk in a private company or early stage company is inherently higher than a publicly traded company.

    Joining Roblox has made me happier than I've ever been in my life! Even without a massive payout, I would still 100% recommend it. There's just so many great people here and work to be done.

      I joined a few months ago. I enjoyed my interviews because I felt I was able to showcase the best parts of myself. I also got to meet several team members and people in my management chain, which was great because it meant I came in with people already liking/supporting me.

      I have an offer incoming from Amazon, and I am interviewing with Gusto next week, then I saw that Roblox has a remote Principal Eng role open... 3 YoE in web dev, plus 6 YoE in games, including starting my own studio with two published titles with some employees and two published apps of my own (games). Any chance I could get an IR from someone inside?

    Great offer, congrats! People thought that about our DPO price, and at $20, 10, 6, 4, 2,… you get the idea. Roblox has a lot of room to grow.
