AWS L6 ( SA role) to GCP L6 CE or level 65 in MSFT

Hi
What is your input on moving from AWS at L6 after 4 years on solution architecture TC 180£. Got a offer from GCP at L6. 195£, customer engineering, and MSFT at level 65 on Azure, 210£, All outside US.

Seems to me MSFT has lost the edge in terms of recruiting and future employers.
What do you think?

    Remember, customer engineer at gcp is not as technical as AWS SA. They have two types of CE role - customer engineer(tech) and cloud engineer and cloud engineer makes more money than customer engineer though better WLB under customer engineer org

    • Wait is cloud engineer the SCE role (strategic cloud engineer)? I thought customer engineer was same as SA at AWS or CSA at microsoft but seems like its more of a sales role?

      Customer Engineer is more of a sales role, non technical track but better WLB and you get better better leveling.

      Cloud Engineer- engineering track, more technical and coding, and G will down level you.

    • Azure will be willing to negotiate if you show them your Google offer.

      In my experience they did not consider Amazon offers as reasonable comparables

      I am more concerned with the doors for interviews that Microsoft open... Being at aws or Google you can interview al ost anywhere...

    I don't think it was any different fron when you prepared for AWS. Honestly.
    Willing to hear your thoughts... Better level and TC in azure or lower level and less conp in GCP.. I am concerned with employability in any further career change. Is still Microsoft that attractive?

    @Lnjf33 Bro, could you share what it takes to switch? Blind is full of SDE’s style prep direction but don’t see many sharing preparation guidance for SA role. For the benefit of few of us here, could you elaborate on your experience, preparation strategy and interview experience at GCP?
