I am looking for providers of mock interviews. Can you recommend me any companies that provide any? I could also pay genuine people who can prove they have experience conducting interviews; just send a private message and we can chat. I do really great in my job, but so far I might have failed about 15 interviews. I am really sick and tired of not doing well. Update to my post: I am specifically looking for mock interviews; not coding prep. I already do coding well and need no help on that part. Leetcode always helps. 1. I want to know how I answer the "explain me what do you do" question and ways to improve it. 2. I want to solve a leetcode problem and get to know know the feedback. (I assume that getting the answer right is only half the job done. ) 3. Feedback on interpersonal skills. for the interview.
Don’t you know the answer about what need to be improve after 15 failures! Mock interview will not help.
I saw on another post, someone recommended the book, Cracking the Code. I just ordered it myself, for preparation. I also asked a recruiter for feedback on what to work on and improve, since they said to try again next year. I know in some companies it is policy not to provide the reason, but in this case they did return with details and want me to apply again. If it comes straight from the interviewer or internal recruiter, it is the best source to find out what you need to do better, so you don't waste time practicing the wrong thing.
Thanks. I already do leetcode, but I am looking for feedback on other things other than coding. especially interpersonal skills. see my updated post
You can ask your interviewers to provide feedback on aspects you want to on pramp. Most people are nice and try to help, they’ve helped me. There is also a feedback form that interviewers fill out after the interview and it mostly addresses your specific questions.
