Modem team at Apple
How is the modem work at Apple? TC +$50, but QC is giving more pay as of late. How is the work culture at Apple? Heard there's lot of tension between the Intel folks that Apple bought. Also not sure if Apple will want to be aggressive with modem R&D like QC. Hesitating..
It will be shit show .. the same QC managers who destroyed intel modem team has moved to Apple now ..to say the least, QC managers are the most political and ‘I scratch your back You scratch my back’ type..
how is it there now
Systems team lost a few high performing people to Apple recently. Besides higher TC, I think Apple offers much better career growth opportunity. If they stay at Qualcomm I think they will stay at the same role for a long time.
