MongoDB Manager, People Analytics
Does anyone know what this role will fetch in terms of base ,bonus and RSUs? I think the role has three direct reports.
Very unlikely to have a bonus component (that is usually reserved for director or above). Base and RSUs also vary dependent on geography (U.S. has the highest followed by EMEA and APAC the lowest)
I had my initial phone screen last Friday. MongoDB seems like a great company to work for.
How did it go ? What level is this position? (More in fang standard level) Did recruiter share a TC range ?
Not sure. The recruiter said she would follow up early this week, but I have not heard anything. For NYC, TC is ~$200K.

@OP mind if I follow up with you on how this went for you, and the interview process? I'm just starting the process for a similar manager position (not in analytics) and am curious.
It was a horrible applicant experience. They took three weeks between the phone screen and setting up a call w/ the hiring manager. I was ghosted after the call w/ the manager. I didn’t really care because I had a few other offers, but it was a bad enough experience that I wouldn’t apply in the future. In terms of comp, it was low. They communicated a base of $145K w/ a 20% bonus target.
Thanks for the info! The process for me seems to be going smoother so far, only have 2 days between phone screen and the call with the hiring manager. I'm being considered for multiple roles so I won't know TC range until after I narrow down the positions to move forward on with the HM. However, with that being said after working within public government for ages I would gladly take that offer over my current 80k.
Is that a team of three people analyzing HR data?!
