Good morning, I had a recruiter reach out to me and mentioned a very competitive OTE so I took the call. She says the company is doing really well, growing 50% year-over-year despite being a public company, and the sales culture is amazing. Glassdoor says otherwise, and some of the older comments on blind also don’t give much hope. If anyone is in sales there now (bay area), can you please share what the culture looks like, are people hitting the numbers (recruiter says theyre making like $600k-1.2M in Entrerpruse roles which is HARD to believe), anything else I should be aware of? I’m really happy where I am today, but Mongo is offering to double my OTE, so I gotta at least entertain the idea :) thanks in advance!
I’m a new hire in engineering so I don’t know much, but this seems like ur best bet to find out if what the recruiter said is true or not.
I have LI premium but not sure emailing sales people asking these kinds of questions on LI is a great idea quite honestly. The valley is a small world
cant speak to enterprise level myself but i know of top reps in shitty regions making over 750
