Every bank would do it. No one cares. Rate is based solely on your (American) credit score. Bought homes multiple times and never got any questions about TN. You need to proof your legal identity so Canadian passport with TN doc is all they need. If you don’t have much credit in the US then yes it’s gonna matter
We can do TN visa at First Tech Credit Union. US credit is not required if you recently relocated to the US.
You can also check out RBC and TD’s US mortgage products for Canadians. Though I don’t believe they do 30yr terms, only up to 10yrs
If you have no US credit history, HSBC is a good option
I got one on a TN but that was around 15 years ago. I’d recommend using a mortgage broker. They can help you navigate this kind of thing.
