Movement From Smaller Companies

What is the general path moving from companies that are smaller and pay well like Stripe, Uber and Roblox? Normally I see people from FAANG usually move to these companies for the possible growth, but what do you do after joining one of these? Do you stay? Look for a pre-IPO company? Or do you move to FAANG?

    With experience at any semi well known company you have pretty much every door open to you. The options you listed are all pretty different so it really depends on what you're into.
