I am planning to move outside India so that I earn more and save more. Which countries except US have high salary ranges and high savings as per living standard ? And any other suggestions you have ? Thanks
You earn more and you spend more as well. Make sure you keep it in mind. Good luck
Canada and Australia are good. UK 🇬🇧 is decent. SA and New Zealand are somewhat ok with limited opportunities.
The Netherlands probably.
There are no such countries, given you are in Microsoft India. Indian salaries are already very high and cost of living is low. The only country which can match is USA. In all other countries, salaries are way lower and cost of living is high. Another one that I can think of is Switzerland, but it has only Google
For tech bay area is the only option. But here even if u get 500k per year u cant not buy house in palo alto or cupertino or lost altos
Hence NYC and Seattle are great options too
Yes but keep in mind about GC. Think long term. Nyc and seattle sucks in terms of weather
Antarctica. You can earn more and save more because there is nothing to do there. Apart from that, stick to India. Remember "grass is always greener on other side".
Bay Area. Work for 15 years and save between 2-4 million. At which point you can retire in 90% of the world and thus why do you care for a Green card?
In 15 years u can save 2 M . What will happen to india's inflation at that time ? How can u save 2-4M here? By living on the street? We earn 500k combined and still i cant buy a land in india. ( 6000sq ft land where i live will cost about 1 to 1.2 M $)
@atlassian it's totally doable to have 2-4M in 15 years. I guess you don't understand how investing works. I save 150k per year on 270k tc

Singapore really? I assumed it to be high cost of living especially if with family.
You can definitely earn more in Singapore as compared to India but cost of living is also high
