Any idea for TC for L6 level? I know base is capped at around 160 in Seattle location.

Band starts from 240k (for recently promoted L5 engineers). Some L6 engineers make 400k as well (mostly because of stock appreciation). These numbers are good only for SDE family.

Congrats! Expect at least +30% TC automatically due to no state tax and cheaper housing. Then add on any pay bump you actually get.
