WLB and people are good
Cons
1) most of your initial time(is more than 1 year also for many people) will be wasted in doing edg stuff (emails,calls) before you are transferred to a dev team.
2) tech stack and not learning the relevant things will harm you in future.
3) the cash component will seem good now but the people working for more than one-two years have less TC than yours.
This will repeat for you also when you are 1-2 years in the company, freshers will get more or par with you
Freshers are barely productive and reduce the overall productivity of the team for months before breaking even.
