I got an offer from Google while working for Meta. Keep in mind that I want to relocate in 2 years to another country. Both roles are in Analytics and they are the same level.

Going to Google:
- A little bit more money (RSU, base and bonus all included),
- Chance to see a new company and job looking more interesting.
- Only con I can see is they don't allow remote work from other countries. So when I want to change countries I have to go through interview process again and it might not be very easy due to high number of applicants in my country of preference.
- My work life balance and mental health will get affected for a while while I am ramping up again.
- I am scared that my resume will look bad if I have to leave Google too, to relocate.. then it will be less than 2 years of Meta and less than 2 years of Google.
- it's a risk; not knowing if I will like the team and manager or what day to day job entails, sometimes reality could be different

Staying where I am at Meta:
- I have only worked for less than 2 years
- I don't feel like I am learning much but I like my team and WLB, it's familiar and I am one of the high performers
- I don't see an upwards movement opportunity now but if I spend another 2 years who knows
- I can apply to remote work and change countries in a year very easily via my current role
- Not sure how enthusiastic I am about my job so not sure whats the point of changing countries with my current role, but maybe if I stay 1.5,2 more years, I can also put energy to finding a new role within Meta.

Questions are,
- Would changing this frequently bad and raise questions?
- Can Meta hire me back again if I leave for Google now?
- Any experience with Google's internal mobility?
- Any news on Google allowing 100% remote work like Meta does?
Any comments are appreciated!
