Msft 65 Equivalent ic role at oci?
Levels .fyi thinks it’s ic5 but I am getting an offer for ic4. Currently at l65 at ms. Should I take it? Tc offered 375+ 20 k

Only TC matters. If you get 50% bump, why not

65 can map to both IC4 or IC5 depending on your work experience and (more importantly) interview performance. As long as the comp works out, IC4s have a lot of responsibility at OCI so I wouldn’t sweat it

If you care about level, it is probably not a good idea even if there is more money. You can probably find same level and more money from other big companies.
