Multiple H1B applications with two different employers after first one is approved
Currently working with SAP, got an offer from Oracle and H1B approved from Oracle. If I decide NOT to JOIN Oracle offer AFTER H1B approval, and start another H1B transfer with Company C, Will I need the approval letter from Oracle for the same?
You can also have company C to start the approval and After approved in C, you can join Company D. You Can have Multiple H1Bs at the same time..

Do not join Oracle. Wait for company C's approval. Join company C directly from A. Oracle will not know about company C and vice versa.
