Multiple process open, only one offer: how do I manage the timeline?
Have only one offer received from Workday, but I'm finishing up my interviews at Zendesk, PayPal, Adobe, Realtor, Taskrabbit. All non-SWE roles. How can I push back Workday by at least a couple of weeks? And if I receive more offers, how do I rank them? Been interviewing for quite a few months and seems I'm getting some momentum now, but I don't want to accept workday right away without having seen through other potential offers. 8 YOE, 160tc #workday #paypal #adobe #zendesk

Remember there is no penalty for signing to accept an offer and then just quitting if you get a better one.
Well you could ask for some time to consider. Idk if they'll let you have a couple weeks to consider though. You could also tell the other places you have an offer and they may expedite the rest of the process. I told amazon that I had an offer and I went from initial phone to to on site interview in a little over a week. So the companies can speed things up if they want you. Ranking things I would consider everything on the table plus culture feel as well. I took an offer that was a pay cut but I thought I would have better growth and like what the company was doing. So this part is a little more personal preference than just hard numbers unless you are only looking for money or status of working for one company or a title.
