Is it generally accepted to apply simultaneously to multiple H1Bs with several companies given the low rate (~30%) of getting thought the lottery?

What are your thoughts about this?
What happens if your H1B gets approved for more than 1 company?

I believe it's perfectly legal, if more than one h1b gets picked then you chose to join one of those companies and the other company revokes the other h1b

    • Corrupt people from a particular country and state have bodyshops whose task is to apply for h1s. They take h1 sponsorship money from you and a commission. If the lottery doesn't go through, they charge a fee and return your sponsorship amount. This way people go to 2-3 agencies and apply. USCIS thinks it is legal. Blocks opportunities for all the deserving candidates who go through respected employers. I wish Trump fixed these things.
