If I start visa transfer for two companies A and B, join A on receipt and get a denial, can I immediately join B on B’s receipt or will need to leave the country?
You can join B on receipt as long as you have a valid H1b petition from a previous employer.
As long as visa transfer for B is in progress, with its receipt you have a valid status. You can join B.
Let’s say your original employer was X. You resigned. Let’s say your visa transfer got denied for both A and B. You still can join your original employer X if that visa petition is valid.
Yeah but since I resigned it’s highly unlikely they will accept me. Also when you resign company revokes the petition if I am not wrong.
They have 60 days to revoke.
What is the reason for denial in company A? Will that same reason apply for company B?

Worried that our top performer is an attrition risk. How do managers handle this?
