I’m working for Deloitte on OPT and will be filing my STEM extension soon. I have heard about several companies “sponsoring” the costs of USCIS application for OPT extension, does Deloitte have any such benefit available for employees?

Unsolicited advice: Like previous guy mentioned, if you are SWE or want to be in technical path leave D asap and move to tech companies.. grind Leetcode like your life depends on it. These payment reimbursement doesn’t really matter in the long term. I feel i wasted 2 years. Im just waiting for my H1 transfer to go through. I was in your situation an year ago, I couldn’t keep motivated to prepare, joined IK, its an alright program at that price but helped me keep my focus on preparation.
