Got to know I was in dev list in May. Start interviewing and get Apple’s offer in June.
Due to h1b transferring and stock vesting, I need to stay for another 2 months. I work hard in last 2 months and try to get out of list before I leave.
Feedback is good, but my skip manager still not willing to get me out of list. He mentioned he need at least 2 more months to make the decision.
Then I ask my manager to pip me since I am leaving.
Finally my manager agree to pip me, and sign the pivot doc in the last week.
I am happy since I get my stock vested and also get the severance. Cheers!
