Myths and actual fact after working in microsoft

Hi,
I completed around 1.5 yrs in Microsoft and let me tell you some myths and actual thing happening here which no one shares.

1) Myth - Microsoft never pip/fire
Actual - Microsoft have performance review(connect) every 3 months or 6 months and if you got 2 bad review than you will be fired/managed out. No bonus and hike given.
I personally know people who got fired before 1 year and no rsu given.

2) Myth -Microsoft has good wlb
Actual - Some (not all) have very hectic work and people work around 10+ hrs daily and don't ask me about azure ,it has worst on call schedule. Wlb is compromised because of quaterly connect stuff.

3) Myth - Microsoft has no good work and it's mostly repetitive work
Actual - Few teams have good work but it's handful of it.

4) Myth - Microsoft hire best of talents
Actual - Msft pays peanut and it's unable to hire any good talent as tc is very less. They are now hiring from tier 3 and tier 4 company mostly. Don't be surprised if you see colleagues from ex witch company
