I have an interview with Facebook coming up. I've gotten through the initial screen and now the all-day interview where hiring managers "pitch" you their team to see where your best fit is.
Is that how Facebook typically interviews? I don't understand why they'd do it this way unless they have a serious retention issue. I've heard many horror stories. Have any of you been through this at FB? Also, if I get an offer and don't accept, is it seen favorably or negatively if I try to move to Facebook in the future?

Ask recruiter the exact hiring process. Also ask "am I being pre-allocated" (means you don't get to choose the team).
