Holy shit I didn’t know Amazon was that strong. Your Qualtrics offer is similar to mine (after heavy negotiations with a diff Amazon offer) but it doesn’t hurt to ask for more since you haven’t started yet. Pretty sure you can ask for more of everything (my base and RSU was 10k higher). Try and see how far they can match your Amazon offer! Let us know the results.

Amazon is not worth going merely based on TC.. there’s lots of opportunity at lower levels to grow in Q..

  Any idea what's the highest possible offer for L4? Can they go out of band? I feel like Google will be at around 300k for Seattle. I value TC/hr more than just raw TC
