Failed onsite again. Itโs getting ridiculous at this point. Months of work, prep is just gone. I just hate it even more when I have to complete take-homes then 5-hours of on-site and then I fail.
How much perfect I need to be? I am excelling at work here, regularly studying, multiple side projects. Iโm even doing great on technical interviews and on-site. And my soft skills are great too, never had an issue.
I am really desperate to leave cause AT&T just doesnโt feel right for me. And I fear if I stay here longer my skills will regress ๐๐
Itโs hard to get interviews in first place. 90% of the times Iโm just rejected in resume screening itself.
Life is so unfair sometimes. As much as I do the hard work, struggle, luck isnโt on my side at all.
With that said, if any of yโall teams are hiring just give me a chance. If you donโt like my profile, happy to get constructive criticism.

Thanks for the motivation! Hopefully i can switch soon.
Glad to hear that you understand what you could've done better. Also I agree with you on all the shit u have to put up with e.g. take home and several hours of interviewing.
It'll pay off some day. It just sucks today. It's OK to vent. We've all been there and understand. Shitty day. Have a beer, relax. Do something to relieve some stress. You'll make it.
Yeah Iโll definitely keep trying. Thanks for the kind words :) Appreciate it.
Amazon at least would be better for me in career growth lol
