Have you visited the area? Miami is not everyone’s cup of tea.
The Office and Doral are beautiful, definitely growing district. City place, dolphin mall, everything west is newer and growing. That massive Miami dreams mall/theme park, north of Doral is coming too. South miami on the other hand is just a pain. Too much congestion, over saturated market.
I was more referring to the people and culture...
No stock as a director unless you're in a specialized field (hard to find engineering), 10% bonus is the standard.
