Hi, I’m in the interview process with Unqork for sr. solution architect and can’t see any company reviews here. Does anyone here work there and would be kind enough to provide review?

  • So odd that the recruiter said everything for SA role is capped

    Base $170
    Bonus 8%
    RSU @60k for 4 years.
    Still planning to move ahead and see.

    Are the equity grants after year 1 substantial since equity offer is low?

    • I didn't end up getting the offer. Might be multiple things. Either they felt I wasn't technical enough or might be a misfit. I got the following from my interview. The product is still evolving and they also have a good customer base. It has future but don't really know how much of the Intelligent Automation market it is going to grab. I would say positive interview experience and nothing too technical like Amazon.

    Yep they have very low equity grants. And they way overvalue themselves. Amazon is waaaay better, even without stock appreciation.
