NI to CME
L3 SWE 2020 P1+ 2020 P2 was NI (No PIP) 2021P1 is CME 2021P2 is going well potentially an EE I also have onsites with FB London , would probably switch if I get it 1. Will I be marked non-regrettable if I leave before or after the current perf ?

Sorry to hear this. Is this externally hired manager from Amazon? Making use of code review to “pip” someone sounds like a classical tactics of Amazon managers.
Search in moma for Xooglers interview process (help articles for recruiters). Rehiring you will reveal your entire perf history and will require statement of support from last manager (or skip).
