The mechanics in this situation can be complex dealing with ADR, but the bigger issue is that this is a Chinese company. Is it going to delist, switch exchanges, split up the company, give you some shares of each company after the split, who knows... There are things that the company should do to make the US shareholders whole but does it have to? No
