Recently got an offer from zeta.
As relocation they provide only 1 lac. Out of which 60k only can be used for household shifting. No flight tickets etc.. A general household shifting cost 1.5 lac+ from delhi to Bangalore.
Is this same for others ?
Old TC : 1.1cr
New TC 1.3 cr
YOE : 10
*including cash/bonus/equity

For example They offer 30K for same city relocation if you are shifting within 5 km of office.
Who bothers about petty bonuses at 10 years of experience anyway.
Don’t accept the “shitty” offer if relocation is all you care about.
