Depends. UI/UX is definitely not BS and high in demand.
Work on any high scale consumer facing app and you'll see how complex it gets.
Is boot camp grad BS? Sure it can get you career as New grad maybe.

The UX/UI market right now is flooded with low skill bootcamps, similar to other dev programs. However I can tell when someone only had 3 months of trainings and no depth.
There’s a lot of demand because it’s hot right now. But I’m sure it will change in the future as technology and process evolve
