TLDR: In L4 loop with Coinbase but need L5 loop because L4 offer won't be much higher than my current TC (I'm in tier3 area thus lower offer). What "reasons" should I give?

      The team got back and mentioned our IC4 (intermediate) engineering role would be the most appropriate leveling at this time. They mentioned this growth orientated role would be perfect for you and once you learn our different systems, tech stack, and how we operate, you’ll be ready for an IC5 position. Let me know your thoughts!

      Is what they said Im 90% sure recruiter decides the loop not the "engineering" team
