@Nvidia, IC3, IC4 and IC5 are considered Senior Roles.
Outstanding meaning you're a very strong candidate based on the feedback from the interview, your manager wants to hire at any cost. Other factors that can influence are less people applying for the position, position posted from a long time and they need a candidate asap.
IC3 Base around 155K-165K, RSUs around 180k-210k, Sign On around 20K-40K...these are for typical IC3 folks but if people with more experience get low levelled they get numbers little higher.
200k base
240k RSU over 4 years
260k recurring TC
50k signing
A larger RSU grant is possible supposedly with CEO approval - $340k/4 was on the table but with no signing bonus.
