NXP pay
Hi, I recently got verbal confirmation from nxp wifi division (Marvell). what should i expect in terms of compensation? Its mostly principle level. Is this good decision to join nxp or its not much stable company? current base162k, bonus 16k + rsus. location : bay area. Any help would be appriciated.

Not doing very well... No pay raise and no bonus this year and most likely next year too... BTW how much are they offering?

It was 173k base + 90k rsu + 12% bonus

What are the job levels for engineering and management ladder in NXP? I got a call for QA manger in Automotive group. How’s this group doing?
WiFi team is a total shit show and only cares about closing tickets. They create custom software for every fucking customer release. They have no resources and won’t be getting much investment from the bean counters doing the Dutch rudder. TC: 275k G5 non ca
what years of experience u have? and what rsus per yr u getting currently? u can leverage that in negotiations
