I have an onsite interview with Intuit for a marketing role tomorrow. It’ll be a presentation followed by four 1:1s.

I was laid off 4 months ago and feeling the pressure with every interview. Super nervous. Would appreciate any tips or words of encouragement! TY🙏🏻

It went well, very exhausting with follow questions and mini case study followed by the one I presented. Everyone was very nice but hopefully that was genuine.

    • Well please - intuit people are actually jerks - I used to work there and I was one of them ;) and I know who jerks are and who aren’t. The whole interview process is a sham and a game - they force everyone to do a lot of homework and it’s not applicable anywhere , your prep is only for one company - it’s not worth the effort

  • Remember this: act like you already work there. They’re people just like me and you. Be a bad ass mf and show them what they’re missing.

So disappointed, the team had a last minute team restructuring so the hiring manager changed and now I’m just on pause until decisions are made... the recruiter made it sound like they’re leaning towards internal hire... should I just cut my losses?
