Need advice on Compensation for Contracting

Hello, I currently work at Northrop Grumman 4.5 YoE making TC: 119K (98K Base, 15K Bonus, %6 401K match). I am looking for a 15% raise in my total compensation. I got an offer from TEKSystems as a contractor for Red Hat Consulting for 130K (converted 40 hrs/week) Salary. They said there are bonuses, but I haven't received this insight yet. I want to work full time at Red Hat, so I will perform well and make that transition. However, my recruiter was not very clear on what my Salary would be as a Consultant at Red Hat. I do not want to get shafted and end up making the same equivalent base salary. Please help. Does anyone know what the proper conversion is from salary to hourly? I hear contractor hourly should get paid much more. If so, what would be a good ask? 140K? 150K? Help much appreciated. I need to know soon. And what happens when I transition full-time, does my salary reduce by 10% 15%? or 0? Thanks!

Contracting positions do not include bonus, 401k match, or vacation. You need to factor those in when converting full time to contract.
