Hey! I graduated last summer and did some short-term contract work before I joined my current company(not Google, will change email later). Have been here for two months and found work is not as it was told in the interview process. Even though it's a startup, there are so many silos and things are very slow, which make my work very hard. Turnover rate is really high and most people just stay here less than one year. I am a data analyst and this is my first full time. I'm hoping to get a job where I can learn and horn my skills. Is it proper for me to start searching for new jobs without short-term job experience? Or should I wait until I have 1-year experience? Thank you!
