Got into a top Quant management program. Currently make 90-101k depending performance and my firm will pay the entire bill for grad school (70k)
Got offered a senior SE position with about 120k base and 40k commission cap. I’m afraid to leave my company cuz I’ve only been there half a year
I have three choices:
A. Take new job pay for grad school on my own (grad school 70k)
B. Take new job and don’t go
C. Stay at current job and go
What would you do?

Assuming you've got to stay with current job 3-4 years or you'll have to reimburse them for their grad school sponsorship- leave. You break even in about 2.5 years and you're in a higher pay bracket so easier to negotiate higher pay 3-4 years from now
