Need help in Amazon
Went through Amazon interview and they said its a recycle resume. How to find my ideal team in Amazon ? More of R&D than commercialization team.
I’m in the same boat. Time to pull out all the stops in networking if you know anyone at Amazon. Also, the jobs site is less than ideal but try searching for keywords on stuff you’ve done before.

There is practically no such thing as "more R&D than commercialization" at Amazon. You need to be both. Our machine learning people are all Applied Scientists and are expected to write production-worthy code in addition to being great researchers. This is because everything at Amazon, research included, must constantly demonstrate customer impact in some direct way. Anyway, keep searching amazon.jobs and try for some different roles that sound like a good match. I know, hard to be more specific. If feedback was more negative, you may have to wait 6 months or a year to try again.
Recruiter is not responding any more. What happens if I approach other groups ?

Means interviewers didn’t think the candidate quite met the technical bar for the role, but the candidate was a good culture fit so the recruiter should find a role more in line with candidates technical skills.
