Actually house flipping might be a game changer if they execute it well.
House flipping has never been a game changer for a corporate..if u have done house flipping, you will understand how difficult it’s to do it.. By the way, now they have $500M of houses on books 😂😂😂
I do understand and know the pain that’s why I think if they execute well it can be a game changer. Let’s wait and watch :)
