If you specify and tag a company, some folks might be able to help.

If you're not a skilled coder, things are going to be hard for you. For people to want to refer you, they'll want to be bringing a skilled coder to their company.

since i am working as a data engineer, i have never come across a single problem where we have applied data structures or algo on our use cases. We tend to think about scalability and robustness. But yeah you are right (i am not being sarcastic) since i feel the first check even for a DE position is to have strong DS and algo.

Reality of tech jobs right now- It's okay if you are not a skilled coder or get no work done but you need to be a skilled leetcoder. #TechIsDoomed
