Quick financial rundown: Cash: 80k (40k in a cash account) Investments: 80k (40 robo, 30 brokerage, 10 vanguard) 401k: 80k Unvested stock: 300k I recently started contributing to vanguard funds. 400 per week. I lost around 35k early on betting on biotech stocks, so stayed away from stocks for a while, also had no money lol. I save around 4500 a month post tax and expenses and save an additional 1100 in ESPP. How should I build my portfolio if I'm looking to maximize my gains in 5 years? Currently rent an apt with my gf for 3k. I doubled my TC just a few months back so my NW might be quite low compared to others at my age. Not GTFO, so TC: 260k (6 yoe)

You still with salesforce?
Yes
5 years a short term for risky investments like stocks/etfs. Can you keep a part invested for more than 5 years, even after moving out?
Fang
Yeah. Everything looks super pricey right now. Would you recommend buying FANG using DCA?
Oh no, I meant switch to fang
Unvested stock doesn't count as assets just as future salary doesn't count. Are you looking to buy a place when you move out of the country in 5-6 years?
I wasn't counting it as an asset. Just another source of income in 5 years(albeit it is only 60% of the face value) Yes, looking to buy property when(ideally before) I leave the country
How much do you think the property will cost?
