Seriously - one company where I don't have any anchors. 😥 Could someone be kind enough to put in a referral for me? I think I've a pretty decent profile and you will not be disappointed, really.🙏🏼 I am not sure about Netflix (I heard they need 5+ years of work ex) but I definitely qualify for quite a few roles at Airbnb. PS - I have an on-site for Google lined up.
Would you be kind enough to refer someone else? PS - I need a referral at PayPal 😅
No referrals for Netflix
How many leets you solved?
Is that a requirement even for consideration? I've been a stellar performer on my team getting highest rating since the time I joined and have multiple patents. I can be an excellent team player or a solo rider - whatever the tram needs me to be. I have led initiatives with teams of volunteers and produced results. Shouldn't these things matter more than how many mediums or hards I've solved? Does Airbnb penalize you if you put in someone for a referral without leetcode? I am sorry for counter questions but I don't really understand the context of your question. And the short answer is zero. I haven't but I'm not lying about my Google onsite. For the record I have cracked FB in the past and turned it down because their offer was lower than my current compensation. And I'm fairly confident in my abilities to crack it this time around too. I will commence my practice in the next couple of days.
Xfgc was being facetious, I think. On the real, you probably want to do a couple lc problems before interviewing. On a side note — It’s not that your personal achievements don’t matter but they won’t affect getting an offer. We have a standardized interview process, in which hopefully your past experience helps you with both the technical aspects and non-technical aspects. You still have to pass the technical portion of the interview though. There is no question on the referral questionnaire about whether the person who you referred from blind has leetcode practice. It’s just a suggestion since there’s a lot of leetcode style questions in our question pool. My honest suggestion is to apply through the career page. I didn’t have any reference when I applied and they got back to me after about a month (you could perhaps use that time to practice some leetcode problems).
You you Venmo me $1k, I know a guy who knows a guy who knows a guy.
Did u try reaching out to recruiters via LinkedIn ? There are so many of them and most of the time it works
